Steve serves as our Chief Helicopter Pilot. Continuing his passion for Blackhawk helicopter operations, Steve Phelps is a U.S. Army Veteran mechanic and test pilot. He brings invaluable knowledge and experience to ensure our Black Hawk Heavy Lift operations are safe and fit for flight.
